Thanks to the vigilant staff at Ang Mo Kio, who promptly reviewed the CCTV footage, the perpetrator was swiftly identified and law enforcement was notified by January 16. "From what I understand, the culprit was indeed a woman," Ms. Loh added.

Taking immediate action, Ms. Loh personally inspected the footage to ensure that she had no prior acquaintance with the suspect. In light of these events, Lilo is prioritizing customer safety and outreach. "We urge any customers who may have purchased expired Lilo products between January 9 and 15 from these two locations to reach out to us," she stated.
