In a startling incident outside Bedok North MRT station on September 13, a man was arrested following a woman's alarming accusation of molestation. This situation unfolded late at night when the victim, known as Stomper WW, decided to share her harrowing experience.

The victim recounted the encounter, stating, "I was with my husband and just exiting the MRT station around 10:45 PM when this man approached me and inappropriately touched me. I immediately shouted for help, prompting my husband to confront him."

The accused, however, denied any wrongdoing, claiming he merely slipped. But the victim firmly rebuffed his excuse, insisting, "That pathway was straight and dry; he was lying." When her husband attempted to alert authorities, the man tried to flee, resulting in a torn shirt during the struggle.

Undeterred, the couple sought assistance from the station manager. A few minutes later, they spotted the alleged molester attempting to enter the station again.

"I raised my voice for help, and thankfully, a brave passer-by stepped in to restrain him until the police arrived," Stomper WW recounted. The police responded quickly, taking their statements and reviewing nearby CCTV footage, though most cameras did not capture the incident clearly.

According to police reports, the 27-year-old suspect was arrested shortly after the incident was reported. The victim expressed her ongoing trauma from the encounter, stating, "If he were released, there's no telling how many more women and girls he might target. I was with my husband this time, but what about others walking alone?"

Authorities are continuing their investigation into this disturbing case as the community remains shaken by the incident.
