Introduction
In a groundbreaking showcase at CES 2025 in Las Vegas, Samsung SDS introduced advanced generative artificial intelligence (AI) services aimed at streamlining corporate automation. This innovation promises to alleviate the burdens of mundane and time-consuming tasks that typically plague office environments, particularly the complex chore of analyzing large datasets.
Flagship AI Solutions
The event featured three flagship AI solutions designed for corporate use: Brity Copilot, FabriX, and Brity Automation. Each tool was presented with real-life use cases, demonstrating their capacity to transform the workplace.
Brity Copilot
Brity Copilot, launched in April, stands out as a co-working platform that integrates email, messaging, and videoconferencing, all enhanced by generative AI technology. A live demonstration showcased a video conferencing call that seamlessly connected speakers of Korean, English, and Vietnamese, providing real-time transcriptions and voice translations. This innovative tool claims the title of the world’s first multilingual videoconferencing solution capable of translating over three languages concurrently.
What sets Brity Copilot apart is its integration with agentic AI, which acts as a virtual assistant. During the demo, while the presenter participated in a video call, the AI assistant autonomously handled incoming inquiries about the presenter’s schedule, allowing human participants to focus on substantive discussions. With a user base exceeding 180,000 worldwide, Brity Copilot currently supports live transcription in 10 languages, including Korean, Chinese, and Spanish, with translation capabilities across 15 languages.
FabriX
FabriX is another standout offering—this large language model-based tool bears similarities to ChatGPT but is specifically optimized to generate accurate responses based on a company’s internal data. Equipped with a multi-agent system, FabriX features a lead agent coordinating specialized teammate agents. This innovative structure was demonstrated during an analysis report generation for a fictional smartphone company looking to penetrate overseas markets.
During the exhibition, FabriX's lead agent effectively communicated with various specialized agents to analyze quarterly sales, promotional expenditures, and correlations between them. Within minutes, a draft report emerged that highlighted market trends, historical sales data, compatible sales goals, and actionable marketing strategies. Currently, FabriX garners the attention of over 100,000 users across 70 companies.
Brity Automation
Lastly, Brity Automation is designed to automate repetitive tasks through software creation. In a compelling demonstration, Samsung SDS showcased how a client, an export company, utilized Brity Automation to monitor market regulatory updates and align product compliance. Previously, seven employees spent 12 weeks on this task; however, Brity Automation accomplished the same in just one week. This tool is already being utilized in 310 companies and public institutions.
Future Prospects
CEO Lee June-hee expressed optimism about the future, stating that the sales trajectory of these automation tools is promising following their official launch in May. He emphasized Samsung SDS's commitment to facilitating customer innovation through hyperautomation.
As companies worldwide look to harness the potential of AI, Samsung SDS is poised to lead the charge, making corporate automation faster, smarter, and more efficient than ever before. Get ready to witness a new era of productivity!
