2025 NFL QB Tiers Unveiled!

In an electrifying reveal as part of our ongoing Rankings & Tiers series, the 2025 NFL quarterback landscape has shifted dramatically! Following extensive evaluations by 50 NFL coaches and executives, two first-time Tier 1 quarterbacks have emerged, with Lamar Jackson finally joining the elite ranks.

Jackson received a staggering 46 top-tier votes, doubling his recognition from 2024. This monumental leap signifies that the two-time MVP has successfully showcased his passing skills, particularly under pressure in playoff situations.

Key Highlights of the Rankings!

Joe Burrow made history by securing unanimous selection as a Tier 1 quarterback for the very first time. Additionally, Matthew Stafford has made his debut in Tier 1, while Jayden Daniels shatters previous records by achieving the highest debut ranking for a second-year quarterback.

However, not all news is bright—Aaron Rodgers has seen a significant drop, falling to Tier 3, while Russell Wilson plummets down to Tier 4. Caleb Williams is notably placed fourth among the first-round QBs from 2024.

Behind the Rankings!

These rankings were meticulously compiled through the insights of a diverse panel of 50 voters, including six general managers and various coaches, all of whom were granted anonymity to provide honest assessments. Each voter evaluated 34 veteran quarterbacks across five distinguished tiers, from the best (Tier 1) to the least favorable (Tier 5). Notably, rookies were excluded due to the lack of on-field experience.
