Devastating事故 on Highway 2A

A tragic accident has left one person dead in a shocking two-vehicle collision that unfolded on Highway 2A, just north of Red Deer.

The incident occurred around 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, when emergency services were alerted to a serious crash involving an SUV and a motorcycle.

Sadly, the 48-year-old motorcyclist, a resident of Blackfalds, was pronounced dead at the scene, leaving the local community in mourning.

The SUV, driven by an 18-year-old woman from Red Deer, sustained injuries and was rushed to the hospital for treatment.
