Momentum Developments has unveiled ambitious plans for a mixed-use project located at 9, 33, and 47 Erb Street West, currently a modest parking lot adjacent to the bustling Waterloo Town Square Mall.

This eye-catching project is set to feature a towering structure complemented by a seven-storey podium, a total of 412 residential units, 216 parking spaces, and an impressive 933 square meters of amenity space designed for community enjoyment.

The proposed residential units are diversified to cater to various needs: 7% studio apartments, 60% one-bedroom, 23% two-bedroom, and 10% three-bedroom units. This mix aims to attract a broad demographic, from young professionals to growing families.

However, there's a catch—the existing bylaws cap building heights at 30 storeys.
