"We understand the pressures chefs face, and that sourcing from several different suppliers can complicate things," explains Jill Lamberts from Shorewolf Farm. "By collaborating, we simplify the process, allowing chefs to focus on what they do best—cooking."

Currently, the program features 13 farms, with more expected to join as the demand for local ingredients grows.
