Attention Patients: Check Your Appointment Details!

Patients in St. John’s, it's time to take notice! If you have outpatient appointments coming up, make sure to double-check your appointment letters. There's a significant change looming that you won't want to miss.

New Ambulatory Health Hub Opening!

Starting October 21, many services will transition to the new Ambulatory Health Hub at 28 Stavanger Drive. This means your upcoming visits may no longer be at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital or the Health Sciences Centre!

What Services Are Moving?

The new facility will house key services, including the total joint assessment clinic, bariatric optimization clinic, eye clinic, plastic surgery outpatient clinic, and more! Additionally, cardiac diagnostics, X-ray, orthopedics, and audiology will also be available at this state-of-the-art location.

More Services Coming Soon!

But that’s not all! Come December, expect the addition of blood collection, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, ultrasound services, and the surgery preadmission clinic to the new hub. Plus, a highly-anticipated MRI service is set to launch in 2026!

Convenience Matters!

Worried about parking? No need! The new Ambulatory Health Hub offers free parking for both patients and staff. However, keep in mind that some outpatient services will still be available at the Health Sciences Centre and St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital.

Stay Informed!

Make sure to stay updated and review your appointment letters carefully. The transition to this new facility marks a significant step forward in improving healthcare access and convenience in the St. John’s area!
