In an exciting twist, the ISS crew recently put their skills to the test by crafting their very own 'space sushi' using ingredients found aboard the station. This cosmic culinary creation featured rice, spam, fish, crackers, and an assortment of condiments. One delectable plate showcased shrimp paired with wheat crackers, cleverly anchored by the weight of the toppings.

Another tantalizing plate consisted of sushi wrapped in seaweed, filled with rice, tuna, and spam, cleverly held in place by moisture-induced surface tension. Both delightful dishes were secured to the table with Velcro strips, ensuring that nothing would drift away into the void!
