Described as special needs and mostly non-verbal, Hairil was last spotted wearing nothing but grey shorts—no shoes or shirt. His worried mother, Ms. Ain, reported that they realized he was missing shortly after 11 AM, when a neighbor’s CCTV footage captured him leaving their home.
