Major Venue Update Just in Time for TGS 2025!

As the clock counts down to Tokyo Game Show 2025, the organizers have unveiled the complete venue layout for this year’s spectacular event at Makuhari Messe. With just a week to go, the Computer Entertainment Supplier’s Association (CESA) has revealed how every nook and cranny of the expansive complex will be utilized.

All Halls Open for the Ultimate Gaming Experience!

This year, the gaming extravaganza will stretch across all 11 exhibition halls, including the vibrant Event Hall and International Conference Hall. Fans can look forward to the return of the main Event Stage in Hall 1, while the popular Family Game Park promises fun for everyone on weekend days. Notably, the focus on cutting-edge technology is expanding, featuring special areas dedicated to AI innovations, AR/VR experiences, and smartphone gaming in halls 9-11. Independent game developers will also shine in several locations, particularly on the second floor Esplanade.

Business and Public Spaces for All!

With ample meeting spaces available in the International Conference Hall, business attendees can network and forge new partnerships. Meanwhile, the general public will dive into a fantastical world filled with gaming hardware, thrilling esports demos, and accessible gaming features spread throughout the later-numbered halls. Food courts will tantalize taste buds south of halls 4-6 and Hall 9, while cosplay enthusiasts can strut their stuff in dedicated areas flanking Hall 9.

Introducing a Heartfelt Charity Initiative!

In a wonderful twist, CESA has launched a new charity initiative called "GAME with YOU Donation." This project aims to provide much-needed support for children’s education and development, running from September 2025 until March 2026. What sets this effort apart? It’s exclusively powered by contributions from passionate gaming fans—no corporate sponsors allowed!

Visitors can easily donate via NTT DOCOMO’s d Payment system by scanning QR codes placed throughout the venue or through the official TGS website. This seamless cashless approach encourages everyone to join in the spirit of giving.
