SM Entertainment's Explanation

SM Entertainment officially broke the news on April 17 via Taeyeon’s Japanese website, citing logistic issues as the reason for the cancellation. They revealed, "The equipment used for the Asia tour is still on its way to Japan, and we are currently unable to prepare adequately for the concert."

The entertainment company expressed their regret, stating, "Despite extensive discussions and exploring all viable alternatives, it became clear that proceeding with the concert was not feasible. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause to fans eagerly waiting for the show."
