Starting around 10 a.m., Singtel acknowledged the reports on social media channels, urging users: “Please power off and power on your devices to resume connectivity.” By 1:50 p.m., the company noted that a "very small number" of users continued to experience problems, reiterating the importance of restarting devices as a simple fix.
