SINGAPORE – In a dramatic turn of events on September 20, a 41-year-old man found himself in hot water after police discovered substances believed to be controlled drugs on him. This bizarre incident unfolded around 11:30 AM when officers received reports of a man acting suspiciously in Ubi Avenue 3.

The Unhinged Arrest
