When both vehicles halted at a red light, the reporter turned his head and immediately noticed the driver puffing on a vape. Seizing the moment, he pulled out his phone to document the shocking behavior.

The captured images reveal the driver casually holding his phone in one hand while he puffed away on his vape with the other—talk about multitasking in the most dangerous way possible!

The concerned Stomper took to social media to share this reckless display and reported it to the Health Sciences Authority (HSA), expressing his disbelief. 'I can’t fathom why people feel so comfortable vaping in plain sight, even in their car,' he exclaimed. 'Anyone walking by can clearly see him!'

The driver's seemingly nonchalant attitude was equally worrying. As the reporter noted, "I don’t think he even noticed me snapping pictures. The legality seems to mean nothing to him—it’s all over the news about the crackdown on vaping, yet here he is, flaunting it!"
