Flights to Padang, Indonesia, will launch shortly after, on January 6, 2025. The coastal city of Shantou in China will follow suit with service commencing on January 16, 2025.

Flight Frequency

Travelers can expect three direct flights a week to Phu Quoc initially, with plans to ramp up services to five flights a week come January 25, 2025. Meanwhile, visitors to Padang will have four weekly flights, and those heading to Shantou can look forward to three flights a week.

Schedule Enhancements

In a bid to optimize operations and align capacity with demand, Scoot is also enhancing its flight schedules to popular destinations. Starting November 24, travelers can enjoy additional flights to Jakarta, increasing the total to 19 flights weekly. Additionally, the tropical paradise of Koh Samui in Thailand will see an increase in flights from 14 to a whopping 21 weekly flights starting December 20, 2024.

Additional Flights

Excitingly, Scoot will introduce daily flights to Davao in the Philippines beginning December 22, up from the current five flights a week, and boost services to Vientiane, the capital of Laos, from four to five weekly flights starting February 9, 2025. However, it’s worth noting that flights to Nanchang, China will be suspended after February 14, 2025.
