Legal Battle Heats Up for Suspect in Major Fraud Case

In a dramatic turn of events, a lawyer representing one of the 12 suspects in the notorious Thai Military Bank (TMB) fraud case has filed a petition with the Department of Special Investigation (DSI). Claiming her only connection to the case was that private loan, she argues this has misled investigators into believing she was part of a larger fraud.
