In a heartfelt moment on her YouTube show, Park Na Rae opened up about the infamous drunk Instagram Live controversy involving Jun Hyun Moo and pop legend BoA.

During the May 7 episode of 'Na-rae Sik,' Park welcomed fellow actress Jo Bo Ah, with whom she has formed a strong friendship since their time on the variety show 'New World.' Just before Jo Bo Ah's arrival, Na Rae took a moment to discuss various incidents, including the drunk live mishap that ignited a firestorm online.

Demonstrating remarkable empathy, Park Na Rae expressed her forgiveness towards BoA, stating, "I genuinely understand what it's like to be drunk. It didn't bother me at all." In a twist, she revealed that while she has never met BoA in person, the singer repeatedly reached out to her to express remorse for the incident.

"BoA was really concerned and kept calling, wanting to apologize in person," Park shared. However, she reassured BoA that an in-person apology wasn't necessary and that she found the whole situation amusing. "I told her to invite me next time!" Na Rae emphasized that despite BoA's travel commitments, she kept in touch even from abroad, demonstrating her sincerity.

To bring everyone up to speed, the controversy erupted during a spontaneous Instagram Live session on April 5, where Jun Hyun Moo and BoA were seen enjoying drinks and light banter. Unfortunately, comments made by BoA about Park Na Rae while she was absent were deemed disrespectful, sparking considerable backlash. This ultimately led to public apologies from both BoA and Jun Hyun Moo shortly thereafter.

With the warmth of shared experiences and friendship taking center stage, Park Na Rae reassures everyone that it's easy to misstep when the drinks are flowing — and that forgiveness is always possible.
