In his viral video, Haiqal provides a clear, step-by-step guide on how to efficiently claim these credits. He emphasizes that while the LifeSG credits can be utilized at any merchant accepting PayNow UEN QR or NETS QR, there is also the option to withdraw the funds as cash from designated ATMs.

1. **Access the LifeSG App:** Start by opening the LifeSG app on your smartphone and navigate to the section labeled “NS LifeSG credits.”

2. **Find a Bright Green ATM:** Head over to a bright green ATM that supports the PayNow function — Haiqal used one located near Sheng Siong.

3. **Select the PayNow Option:** At the ATM interface, select the PayNow option for cash withdrawals.

4. **Know the Fees:** It’s important to note that a S$0.20 convenience fee will apply, and you can withdraw a maximum of S$190. This means that while you are receiving S$200 in credits, only S$190 will be available in cash after fees are deducted.
