He revealed that the blacklist includes not only the developers, but also their directors, making it impossible for them to easily rebrand and start anew under different entities.

Moreover, in the first two months of 2025 alone, 56 additional penalties were imposed, with fines totaling RM1.25 million. Common violations include failures to submit crucial development status reports and approved auditing documents, such as balance sheets and profit-and-loss statements.
