On May 9, Scoot revealed plans to bolster its services, catering to a surge in demand for travel in the coming months. Buckle up as we share the fantastic updates on routes to Bali, Seoul, Taipei, and beyond!
Flights Worth Noting!
**Taiwan, South Korea, and Japan**: Starting August 2, flights to Taipei and Seoul (via Taipei) will switch from five weekly flights to a daily service—now that’s a reason to celebrate! Plus, since March 30, all 12 weekly flights to Taipei and Tokyo have seen increased passenger capacity.
**Australia**: Get ready for Australia as flights to Perth and Sydney ramp up to 14 flights per week on August 4 and October 5, respectively. Previously, there were only 12 and 10 weekly flights.
**Philippines**: For beach lovers, flights to Iloilo City are doubling from two to four weekly as of June 6. Additionally, from June 24, Cebu flights are increasing from seven to ten weekly, and by August 30, expect 12 weekly flights to Davao, up from nine.
**Thailand**: Paradise awaits in Koh Samui! Scoot will up its flights there to 25 a week, rising from 21, starting June 24. Embrace those sun-soaked beach vibes!
**Vietnam**: Travelers bound for Phu Quoc will also enjoy an increase in flight frequency, now at six per week since April 15.
**Indonesia**: The airline has been enhancing connections with Indonesia since March 30, providing 25 weekly flights to Jakarta—up from 19! Plus, the capacity to Yogyakarta has been boosted with the swanky Airbus A321 now servicing all seven weekly flights. Bali will also see greater capacity with Scoot operating the luxurious Boeing 787 Dreamliner for its 21 weekly flights.
Earlier this March, Scoot hinted at launching an additional four to six new destinations while welcoming 14 to 16 new aircraft into its fleet. Get your bags packed—the world is calling!
