After breaking records and winning hearts in 2024, despite facing pre-release controversies, "Lovely Runner" became a standout show, with its lead couple being a significant factor in its success. Now, a year later, the excitement builds as they prepare to reunite.

On April 10, the Asia Star Entertainer Awards (ASEA) announced that Byeon Woo Seok will grace the event, happening on May 28 and 29 at the K Arena in Yokohama, Japan. This star-studded affair will feature talent from across the entertainment industry.

What to Expect at ASEA 2024!

The first day will be hosted by The Boyz's Juyeon and IVE's Rei, with actor Jang Geun Suk presenting the coveted Daesang (Grand Prize). On the exciting second day, Kim Hye Yoon will take over as co-host, joining MONSTA X's Hyungwon and The Boyz's Younghoon.

The real highlight? Byeon Woo Seok and Kim Hye Yoon are set to reunite on stage during the presentation of the Grand Prize on May 29, making it their first joint appearance since the Asia Artist Awards earlier this year.

Both actors celebrated the one-year anniversary of "Lovely Runner" on April 8, a gathering attended by the show's director, Yoon Jong Ho. However, ASEA 2024 promises to be the first time fans will see them together since their big win, where Byeon took home six awards and Kim four!
