FIFTY FIFTY's Press Conference for 'Love Tune'

On September 20, KST, FIFTY FIFTY held an eagerly anticipated press conference marking the release of their second mini album, 'Love Tune.' This event was particularly significant as the group underwent major changes since their debut as a four-member ensemble in November 2022. Following the departure of original members Saena, Sio, and Aran who ended their contracts with ATTRAKT last year, only Keena remains from the original lineup. The newly formed group now includes Chanelle, Yewon, Hana, and Athena.

Keena's Reflections on Change

At the press conference, Keena candidly expressed her feelings about embarking on this new chapter alongside her new bandmates. “I spent a lot of time reflecting on my journey and navigating through various emotions. Thanks to the support from so many of you, I am thrilled to have this new opportunity. I’m relieved to be standing on stage today with my new members,” Keena shared with honesty and passion.

Team Unity and Responsibilities

Keena further acknowledged the weight of her responsibilities, stating, “I would not be truthful if I said there was no pressure. However, I've encouraged my fellow members to unite as a strong team. Together, we will strive to create authentic music that resonates with our fans.”

New Faces, New Dreams

Both Chanelle and Yewon, who previously competed on 'R U Next?', also expressed their excitement about finally making their debut after missing their initial chance. Chanelle shared, “Becoming a singer has always been my dream. I practiced endlessly to prepare for this moment, and it feels like an honor to realize that dream as part of FIFTY FIFTY.” In a similar vein, Yewon conveyed her emotions, stating, “I’m incredibly grateful to have the opportunity to fulfill a wish I’ve held in my heart for a long time, surrounded by this amazing team. We promise to deliver good music moving forward.”

About the 'Love Tune' Mini Album

The much-anticipated 'Love Tune' mini album will showcase the title track "SOS" in both Korean and English versions, along with "Starry Night" and its English counterpart, in addition to B-side tracks "Push Your Love" and "Gravity."
