SINGAPORE: In a delightful move for commuters, the Electronic Road Pricing (ERP) rates will see a reduction of S$1 (approximately US$0.74) at five strategic expressway locations during the upcoming December school holidays, as announced by the Land Transport Authority (LTA) last Thursday, November 14.
