Teo's journey dates back to her debut in the 2006 General Election when she handily secured a seat in Bishan-Toa Payoh GRC. In 2020, she made a strategic move to Jalan Besar, one of Singapore’s oldest constituencies, leading her team to a notable victory with about 65% of the vote.

Farewell to a Veteran!

The press meeting, held at Whampoa Park, marked a bittersweet moment as Senior Minister of State for Defence, Heng Chee How, announced his retirement after 24 years of dedicated service in Jalan Besar. Teo praised Heng for his contributions, acknowledging the challenges of finding a successor who could fill his substantial shoes.
