So far, over 600 contacts of suspected cases have been traced, with only one confirmed infection among them, suggesting a limited risk of broader spread.

Medical charity Doctors Without Borders has jumped in to assist with the crisis response, establishing an Ebola treatment center in Bulape hospital. Their team has reinforced care protocols, supplied essential medicines, and provided training in infection prevention, ensuring that the healthcare system remains equipped to deal with the outbreak.
