Get ready for an exciting event as SpaceX's Crew-10 astronauts prepare to come back to Earth today, August 7! This is your chance to witness history live.

The Crew Dragon capsule, aptly named Endurance, is set to undock from the International Space Station (ISS) at precisely 12:05 p.m. EDT (4:05 p.m. GMT). After undocking, they're expected to splash down about 24 hours later.

You can catch every moment through NASA's live stream, which begins at 9:45 a.m. EDT (1:45 p.m. GMT). Watch as the hatches between Endurance and the ISS close at 10:20 a.m. EDT (2:20 p.m. GMT). Coverage will then pause before resuming at 11:45 a.m. EDT (3:45 p.m. GMT), just 20 minutes before the big undocking event.

But that's not all! The grand finale is set for Friday, August 8, with reentry and splashdown activities starting at 10:45 a.m. EDT (2:45 p.m. GMT). The Crew-10 splashdown is anticipated to occur in the Pacific Ocean off California at 11:58 a.m. EDT (3:58 p.m. GMT). To celebrate their safe return, NASA will hold a post-landing press conference at 1:30 p.m. EDT (5:30 p.m. GMT), assuming everything goes smoothly.

However, keep your fingers crossed; if bad weather strikes the splash zone, these plans might shift.

Crew-10, which launched on March 14 atop a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket, successfully arrived at the ISS just two days later. This incredible mission features NASA astronauts Anne McClain and Nichole Ayers, as well as Takuya Onishi from the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) and Kirill Peskov representing Russia’s Roscosmos. Commander McClain, Pilot Ayers, and Mission Specialists Onishi and Peskov have made an extraordinary team.

They’re set to be replaced by Crew-11, who arrived at the ISS on August 2, marking the seamless transition of astronauts aboard the station.

Before heading back, Crew-10 held a heartfelt farewell ceremony on August 5 with the seven other astronauts already aboard the ISS. McClain expressed deep gratitude to the ground teams that made this journey possible, emphasizing how humbled they feel to represent humanity. "It’s a reminder of the amazing things we can accomplish when we unite," she stated.

Make sure you don’t miss this incredible cosmic journey back to Earth!
