In a groundbreaking achievement, Chinese scientists have successfully conducted the world's first daytime laser-ranging test in the vast expanse between Earth and the Moon. This remarkable feat marks a major advancement in China's capabilities in deep-space precision measurement.

The historic test, carried out by the Tiandu 1 satellite, spearheaded by the Shanghai Academy of Spaceflight Technology, is a crucial step for China's ambitious space exploration goals.
