This generous offer is set to last till the end of 2024, making it a perfect opportunity for everyone to enjoy delicious local fare without breaking the bank.

Unmissable Offers at Badaling and Chang Cheng

Starting in mid-March and running through mid-September, 24 of Badaling’s 45 FoodHub outlets are enticing customers with an irresistible deal — purchase $6 worth of food in one receipt, and you can snag a canned drink for only 60 cents! Choices include delightful options like F&N Pineapple Juice and Pokka Japanese Roasted Tea.

But that's not all! During the months of July and August, 26 Chang Cheng outlets are set to serve an SG60 breakfast for two at the unbeatable price of $6. This delectable breakfast consists of a kopi-o kosong (black coffee), a teh-o kosong (black tea), two delicious kaya toast sets, and four perfectly half-boiled eggs. According to Chang Cheng's chief financial officer, Jacky Peh, this initiative encourages healthier beverage choices while still delighting customers with Singapore’s cherished food culture.

Community Spirit and Local Business Support

At the official launch of this remarkable promotion on April 7 at the Chang Cheng Mee Wah coffee shop in Bukit Batok, Senior Minister of State for Culture, Community and Youth Low Yen Ling expressed her enthusiasm for local businesses joining forces in support of SG60, promoting community spirit and value.

Broadway's and Koufu's Festive Treats

Broadway's contribution to the celebrations includes a special afternoon deal offering $3.50 chicken rice, available from 3 PM to 5 PM at 23 of their 24 outlets. This iconic dish, normally priced at $4, is a genuine local favorite, and Broadway’s marketing executive, Mr. Tan Kay Siang, emphasized their aim to give back to the community by making it more affordable during tough times.

Koufu is also setting the stage for festive dining experiences with four exclusive dine-in offers spread throughout the year at 63 of its 77 outlets, featuring enticing discounts on both dim sum and breakfast selections. For seniors, generous pricing of 60-cent hot drinks will be available weekdays from 3 PM to 5 PM for PAssion Silver Card, Pioneer Card, and Merdeka Card holders from April 1 to December 31.

Extending Celebrations with Select Group and Supermarkets

In July and August, all four coffee shops under Select Group will also offer hot drinks for 60 cents from 3 PM to 6 PM daily, ensuring everyone can savor their favorite brews at a wallet-friendly price.

The SG60 celebrations come alongside an initiative to expand the community budget meal scheme, which now stretches across 250 coffee shops, up from 231 earlier in 2024. Participating stalls are serving lunch and dinner options typically priced at $3.50 or less, with drink costs capped at $1.20.

Additionally, supermarket chains are joining the festivities as well! FairPrice is rolling out discounts on popular house-brand products from March 6 to May 28, aiming to ease the burden on family budgets. Sheng Siong's Blue Chas card holders can also enjoy a steady 4% discount every Thursday from March 1 to December 31.
