In a jaw-dropping scene that unfolded in Sengkang, Singapore, a man found himself at the center of a sensational court case after being caught naked in a car with a married woman, only to have her furious husband confront them.

Chia Hiok Seah, a 50-year-old Singaporean, is facing serious charges after allegedly driving off with the woman's enraged husband, Mr. Goh Yong Sern, clinging to the bonnet of his car. This wild incident occurred in the early hours of June 29, 2022, at a multi-storey car park.

At approximately 2 AM, Mr. Goh stumbled upon Chia and his wife, known in court as Shunyi, in a compromising situation. The couple was reportedly engaged in intimate acts when Mr. Goh made his dramatic entrance.

Chia is charged with a rash act that endangered lives, as he allegedly sped away with Mr. Goh on the car's front. Mr. Goh sustained injuries, including a laceration and abrasions, as a result of this reckless maneuver.

In court, Chia testified that he had just finished dinner with Shunyi and some friends before they decided to go to the car park for some private time. He insisted that their actions were not sexual in nature, as Shunyi was menstruating.

As events escalated, Shunyi spotted lights approaching and urged Chia to flee. "I thought it could be another vehicle," Chia recounted, expressing his shock upon realizing it was Mr. Goh.

He described the husband as furious and aggressive, smashing against the car in a fit of rage, creating a scene that could have turned deadly. "I knew I cannot face this man," Chia admitted, fearing for both his and Shunyi's safety.

In a panic, Chia reversed his vehicle while Mr. Goh continued to strike the windshield and even attempted to grab the car's wipers.

Despite the bizarre circumstances, Chia portrayed himself as an unwilling participant, stating, "This whole thing is a very unfortunate incident. I've never thought I would land in something like this. I’m not someone who likes confrontation."
