Set to roll out in Apple's internal ‘SEED’ app—a training tool utilized by retail staff—Asa equips employees with the knowledge they need to sell Apple products more effectively. This innovative feature will empower workers to ask questions and gain insights about the iPhone and other Apple offerings.

Screenshots shared by MacRumors analyst Aaron Perris reveal that this AI chatbot can expand employees' understanding of Apple’s unique selling points and illustrate different use cases for the iPhone. Even better, employees can ask Asa anything they desire, creating a more interactive learning experience.

Although the feature is still undergoing testing and will not be available for public use yet, it represents a significant move by Apple to accelerate employee training and knowledge. This initiative comes at a perfect moment, coinciding with the highly anticipated launch of the iPhone 17.
