In a bold move to elevate its operations, AirAsia has officially acquired the cutting-edge A321XLR aircraft from Airbus, a decision praised by none other than Malaysia's Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.

During a significant signing ceremony in Paris, Anwar highlighted how this strategic acquisition not only enhances AirAsia's capacity to serve short and medium-haul routes but also aligns with Malaysia’s vision of becoming a dominant player in the Asian aviation market.
