On November 13, only hours before the broadcast, a woman arrived to collect 50 pieces of the dessert after Holtermann confirmed she could fulfill the last-minute request.

Holtermann was keen to clarify that she had no knowledge of any affiliations related to “The View” from the person picking up the order. “I sometimes have to deny requests because of equipment failures,” she stated, dispelling any insinuations about the bakery’s political stance.
