The actress was found unresponsive in her Manhattan apartment back in February, shocking fans and friends alike.

Initially, the cause of her death was deemed 'undetermined', but a recent review of toxicology results led to this final determination of a natural death caused by diabetes mellitus. A New York Police Department response team discovered the 39-year-old star after a 911 call early on the morning of February 26.

Emergency medical personnel attempted to revive her, but tragically, she was pronounced dead at the scene. Notably, an autopsy was not conducted due to religious beliefs expressed by Ms. Trachtenberg's family.
