An alarming new investigation has unveiled that Russia is operating a vast network of more than 200 camps designed to indoctrinate and militarize Ukrainian children. Nathaniel Raymond, director of the Humanitarian Research Lab, stated, "What we have here is an unprecedented network of facilities, built and expanded since 2014, aimed at transforming Ukrainian children into Russians. It is a pipeline for re-education—a method of brainwashing children to become soldiers." The scale of this operation appears to be expanding, with nearly a quarter of the camps showing signs of enlargement and at least two additional camps currently under construction.

Researchers utilized open-source evidence, including high-resolution satellite imagery and information from Russian publications, to substantiate their claims. The report reveals that many of these locations are directly managed by Russian governmental entities.
