Ruben Fleischer is set to return to the enchanting world of the 'Now You See Me' franchise as Lionsgate has officially announced that a fourth installment is in the works. The exciting news was revealed by Adam Fogelson, chair of the Lionsgate Motion Picture Group, during the recent CinemaCon event.

Official Title for the Third Film

But that’s not all – the third film, helmed by Fleischer, has also received an official title: 'Now You See Me: Now You Don’t,' hitting theaters on November 14. With this latest release, the franchise has already captivated audiences, grossing an impressive $687 million worldwide across its previous titles.

Star-Studded Cast

The beloved series has featured a star-studded ensemble cast in earlier films, including Jesse Eisenberg, Woody Harrelson, Isla Fisher, Dave Franco, and Morgan Freeman. The third installment brings fresh talent to the stage with Justice Smith, Dominic Sessa, and Ariana Greenblatt stepping in as a new generation of illusionists alongside returning actors like Rosamund Pike.

Production Team

Bobby Cohen, a staple in the development of the series, will once again be producing the next installment alongside Alex Kurtzman from Secret Hideout. Meredith Wieck will be overseeing the project for Lionsgate, ensuring that the magic continues.

Returning to the franchise, Eisenberg and Harrelson will reunite with Fleischer, echoing their successful collaboration in the hit film 'Zombieland.' In an exclusive first look, Eisenberg teased what fans can expect saying, 'In the world of magic, everything that disappears, reappears.' The plot thickens as two generations of magicians join forces to battle against corrupt money launderers involved in diamond sales to warlords. It promises to be a spectacle with stylish disguises, fierce fights, and a massive trick unlike anything audiences have ever witnessed.

However, not everything seems smooth for Harrelson's character, with Greenblatt hinting at the challenge: 'It’s eight magicians against a worldwide criminal network.'
