Paddy Pimblett is buzzing with excitement and anticipation over a potential showdown with Ilia Topuria for the UFC lightweight title.

"The Baddy" recently showed up in Las Vegas to support his teammate Nathan Fletcher at UFC Vegas 108, where Fletcher suffered a first-round defeat to Rinya Nakamura. Before heading back home, Pimblett took a moment to dish out some updates concerning his potential fight against Topuria, which is the talk of the town after the latter's stunning knockout victory over Charles Oliveira at UFC 317.

In a passionate address on his YouTube channel, Pimblett stated, "While I was in Las Vegas, everyone kept asking me, ‘Who are you fighting? When are you fighting Ilia?’ Honestly, I have no clue. But fingers crossed, it’ll be me and the chorizo next, and all the Americans seem to want that match-up!" He added, "Every American I’ve bumped into keeps saying, ‘When are you going to smash that sausage’s head in?’ So I’m hoping that gets sorted out soon.”

Fresh off the biggest win of his career after defeating Michael Chandler at UFC 314 in April, Pimblett remains undefeated in the UFC, boasting victories over King Green and former interim champion Tony Ferguson.

Now, the stakes are rising for Arman Tsarukyan, who is eager to land a title shot after pulling out from the UFC 311 main event against Islam Makhachev. Not surprisingly, Pimblett believes Tsarukyan doesn't deserve the opportunity over him.

In a candid remark, he declared, "Sure, I’m ranked No. 9, which means others might be more deserving, but posh boy definitely isn’t. Little rich boy Arman is clearly desperate, offering a million pounds just to fight him. Spoiled rich baby trying to pay his way through, that’s why he quit making weight in a bath like a little bitch. Arman’s irrelevant; no one cares about him."

Another major name is Justin Gaethje, who has voiced his feelings of disrespect from the UFC and is itching for one last shot at the championship. Gaethje has indicated he isn't keen on fighting Pimblett either, especially as he’s focused on a potential title fight with Topuria.

However, Pimblett openly expressed his willingness to take on Gaethje, saying, "I always respect Justin, but I keep hearing him say he doesn’t want to fight me. I think the only logical fight is me and Ilia." He didn’t stop there—he also took a shot at Dan Hooker, remarking, "I used to like Dan Hooker, but now he can eat shit."

With tensions running high and rivalries heating up, fans are eagerly waiting to see how this drama unfolds in the UFC.
