The new 'Hong Kong Flavours' menu is a true tribute to the city’s diverse culinary culture. Economy class travelers can savor a selection of appetizers including marinated cherry tomatoes with preserved plum, leading to main courses like classic sweet and sour pork or chicken baked with aged mandarin peel.
Premium Economy customers will enjoy a more indulgent selection, featuring crispy halibut paired with supreme soy sauce, alongside braised beef brisket in chu hou sauce or braised duck with taro in pickled plum sauce. Each dish will be accompanied by quintessential jasmine rice and choy sum, delivering a full Hong Kong dining experience at 30,000 feet.
