In a bold declaration of resilience, star quarterback Matthew Stafford is set to lead the Rams against the Texans this Sunday, putting any concerns about his recent back injury firmly behind him.

Stafford, who faced a tough battle with an aggravated disc earlier in training camp, is now confident and ready. After weeks of solid practice without any setbacks, he assured fans and teammates alike that his back won't be a hindrance.

"Oh, I'm going to go play the game," Stafford stated with determination. "Whatever happens, happens. I’m playing like I always play. I got no issues with a physical game. Obviously, I would love to stay as clean as possible, but I’m not thinking twice about that at all. I’m out there ready to go play."

The Rams are also optimistic about the availability of left tackle Alaric Jackson, who has been recovering from blood clots. Strong performances from the offensive line will be crucial in safeguarding Stafford, ensuring that he can maintain his aggressive style of play without risking another injury as they head into this pivotal matchup.
