Major Renovation Approved for Capital One Arena: A Game-Changer for D.C. Sports!

In a monumental move for sports in Washington, D.C., Mayor Muriel Bowser and Monumental Sports & Entertainment owner Ted Leonsis celebrated the approval of a staggering $515 million renovation plan for Capital One Arena. During a ceremonial groundbreaking event attended by NBA Commissioner Adam Silver and various local officials, Leonsis emphasized the importance of the renovation for the team’s connection to the city.
