Injury Woes Widen for 49ers: They Face a 5th-String Running Back Dilemma Against the Dolphins

In a shocking turn of events, the San Francisco 49ers may find themselves relying on their 5th-string running back this Sunday against the Miami Dolphins. According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, rookie Isaac Guerendo is unlikely to participate due to a hamstring injury sustained in the previous game against the Los Angeles Rams.
