With over 20 years of dynamic agency experience under her belt, Mak is known for her exceptional skill in steering successful campaigns for renowned global brands throughout the Asia-Pacific region. Her extensive expertise spans various domains, including branding, digital marketing, shopper engagement, and event management.
A Proven Track Record at TBWA
This is Mak's third stint with TBWA Hong Kong. From 2011 to 2017, she excelled as Group Account Director, where she led notable campaigns for big names like Lee Jeans, Mastercard, and Wrangler. Her earlier role as Senior Account Manager from 2005 to 2009 saw her manage high-profile campaigns for Standard Chartered Bank and Levi's.
Recent Achievements
Before her return to TBWA, Mak served as the Associate Head of Account Management at Sunny Idea Hong Kong. During her time there, she played a pivotal role in establishing the Creative Solutions department and successfully led campaigns for major clients such as Fonterra and HSBC Life.
