ARLINGTON, Texas — Just when you thought the New York Giants had experienced every possible heartache in their long-standing rivalry with the Dallas Cowboys, they found a fresh way to lose.

The Giants coughed up not one, but two leads in the final moments of regulation, allowing Dallas to walk off with a jaw-dropping 40-37 victory in overtime at AT&T Stadium. Cowboys kicker Brandon Aubrey emerged as the unlikely hero, nailing two critical field goals, including the game-winner.

"If my man [Aubrey] didn’t have bionic legs, we probably win," Giants receiver Darius Slayton lamented.

The Giants' misery against the Cowboys continues, marking their ninth consecutive loss to Dallas and 16 out of the last 17 in this bruising rivalry. They now sit at 0-2 for the season, having yet to crack a win in the NFC East.
