This Lunar New Year, the Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) has teamed up with Grey Hong Kong to unveil the breathtaking ‘Endless Joy’ float, a spectacular creation that embodies the city’s delightful fusion of tradition and modern culture. As we step into the Year of the Snake, this float serves as a vibrant representation of interconnected blessings and prosperity for everyone.

The design of this float captures the essence of Hong Kong’s iconic skyline, enhanced with snake motifs and decorative rings inspired by traditional Chinese knots—symbols of unity and boundless joy. At the heart of the float lies an enormous LED lantern, which features a collaborative video created with the internationally recognized artist Sija Hong. Her artistry merges traditional Chinese elements with modern aesthetics, depicting scenes that resonate deeply with Hong Kong’s culture, such as temples, horse racing, wishing trees, and the bustling flower markets.
