Chad shared the news on Instagram, stating that Erin had initially shown signs of improvement but suffered a "lengthy and severe seizure" on Wednesday night, plunging their family back into distress.

Since giving birth last week, Erin has been fighting to recover from a severe urinary tract infection coupled with a kidney infection, which ultimately led to her urgent admission into the ICU.

In his emotional post, Chad expressed his overwhelming feelings of helplessness, stating, "It is one of the hardest things I’ve ever faced—to sit by her side and watch her struggle while being so helpless to ease her suffering." He emphasized the depth of his love for Erin and the struggle of watching her fight through such pain while holding onto hope for her recovery.

Earlier that day, Erin's sister Michaela also posted photos of baby Henry, who has been under care in the NICU since his birth on August 25. Michaela expressed immense gratitude for the prayers and support received from family and fans alike, describing little Henry as an "absolute angel baby."
