Head coach Brian Callahan, who previously served as the offensive coordinator for the Cincinnati Bengals, recalled his time mentoring star quarterback Joe Burrow, whom Cincinnati drafted first overall in 2020. "One unique aspect of my journey is that I’ve navigated these waters before," stated Callahan during the pre-draft press conference.
