However, Take-Two Interactive's CEO, Strauss Zelnick, has put those fears to rest. In an interview with IGN, he confidently declared, "It’s going to come out, hand on heart, without question." This definitive statement comes amidst growing anxieties over potential layoffs at Cloud Chamber, indicating that despite the turbulence, the game is still on its way.

While Zelnick assures fans that BioShock 4 will see the light of day, he candidly acknowledged the bumpy road ahead. The last entry in the series, BioShock Infinite, debuted over a decade ago, and the trajectory for the new title has not been straightforward.
