By voting 'yes', you could secure a new agreement that includes a proposed 12% salary increase over four years, market adjustments to ensure competitiveness, and significant enhancements to leave policies and support systems. Here’s what you need to know about the proposed agreement: - **Agreement Term**: April 1, 2024, to March 31, 2028. - **Salary Increases**: A 3% salary bump every April starting in 2024—retroactive for 2024 and 2025! - **Market Adjustments**: Immediate adjustments for certain roles upon ratification. - **Living Wage Guarantee**: All classifications below the living wage of $22.65/hour will be raised to that level. - **Additional Benefits**: A flexible spending account increase, more paid holidays, and significant adjustments in recruitment and retention funding!
