On July 4th, Northern Health took to Facebook to warn the community about possible measles exposure at the clinic located on 112th Avenue. The risk occurred on June 27th, between 10:30 a.m. and 1:15 p.m.

Officials are urging anyone who might have been at this location during that timeframe to closely monitor for symptoms. Symptoms can appear up to 21 days after exposure, so it’s crucial to stay alert!

This latest announcement marks the third exposure site identified in June alone. Earlier reports included potential exposures at the Fort St. John emergency department on June 23rd and at Bert Bowes Middle School from June 18th to June 20th.
