According to law enforcement officials, the victim and the suspect had arranged to meet at the victim’s accommodation. It was there that the suspect allegedly assaulted the victim before fleeing the scene.

The suspect is described as a male between the ages of 55 to 65 years, weighing around 250 pounds, and possessing a heavy build. Witnesses have noted that the individual speaks with a distinct accent, which may assist in identifying him.
